Explore the construction of your feet and understand what is needed for them to be stable, coordinated and strong for optimal health and you will explore and understand where mobility and strength is needed for optimal coordination to roll, stand stable, bounce and push off.

Trunk/torso, ribs and shoulder girdle: What does anatomy tell us about this dream team? How can we move all of them together for their best function? We explore where the ribs close, open up, give space and support to the shoulder girdle and where we have potential.  Spiraldynamik® knees and legs; discover the power and balance of your leg spiral and improve the smoothness as you walk.
