About the Program

IDEAs (Inquiry and Discovery through Education and the Arts) is a program designed to work in Keshet’s diverse programming and administrative team, learning hands-on job preparedness skills and setting short-term and long-term personal and professional goals, while also gaining hands-on experience in various areas of personal and professional development.

Keshet’s IDEAs Internships and Apprenticeships are paid work experiences focused on supporting young adults in a comprehensive job training program, including those navigating the process of re-entry from juvenile carceral settings.
